Service Description
The Work Friend is an ongoing career coaching subscription designed for professionals who want continued support after completing The Hunt or settling into a new role. Through regular one-on-one coaching sessions, we focus on navigating workplace challenges, career growth decisions, confidence at work, and long-term professional development—so you’re never managing your career alone.
Cancellation Policy
Services Guarantee While career services are designed to support career goals and development, no guarantees are made regarding job placement or employment outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort and market conditions. Scheduling & Attendance Sessions must be scheduled through the Company’s online scheduling system and are subject to availability. Sessions must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the session. Payment & Expiration Payment is required in full prior to services. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Program access and included sessions expire based on the client selected and purchased Pricing Plan. Termination Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time. Right to Refuse Service Stand Out! Careers reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to decline or discontinue services at any time.
