These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Stand Out! Careers LLC website and participation in any career services, coaching programs, digital products, or consultations offered by Stand Out! Careers LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of Services

Career coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process designed to support professional clarity, strategy, and growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental or medical condition.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results

  • No guarantees are made regarding employment, job offers, compensation, or career outcomes

  • Results vary based on individual effort and market conditions

Client Responsibilities

You agree to participate honestly, communicate openly, and engage fully in any services purchased. Coaching effectiveness depends on your willingness to apply insights and take action.

Ethics & Professional Standards

Stand Out! Careers adheres to the ethical standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Scheduling & Attendance

Sessions must be scheduled through the Company’s online scheduling system and are subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-canceled sessions are forfeited.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full prior to services being delivered. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing. Services expire 6 months from the date of first coaching session.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Termination & Right to Refuse Service

Either party may terminate services at any time. The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in compliance with applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
